NAVAL, Biliran – A gay person suspected of selling shabu was nabbed in a joint police buy-bust operation at V & C compound this town.
Arrested was Elmer Alibio Sumayan, 39 years old, resident of Cabucgayan town, and presently residing at V & C compound, a red light area in Naval.
He was arrested on June 21, 2017, around 11:50 in the evening. – BiliranIsland.com
