NAVAL, Biliran – The Naval State University, 2016 annual search for Mr. & Ms. NSU held the event at a jam packed crowd at the NSU Gym.
Faculties from different colleges handled the pageant so smoothly that it was a night to remember. The hosts for the night were the ever lovely Ms. Elizabeth Ybanez, the 2015 Mr. NSU, Raphael Leo Nierra and the 2016 Ms. Pintados, Charlene Encio.
There were seven female candidates and seven male candidates vying for the title.They were the best that their respective colleges can put up together.
