CAIBIRAN, Biliran – A carpenter was arrested after elements of the Caibiran Philippine National Police (PNP) led by PSI Roger T. Octaviano conducted a buy bust operation on September 20, 2016 at around 1 p.m.
Coleto Oledan, a resident of Brgy. Palanay, Caibiran was arrested after he was caught selling suspected drugs to a police poseur buyer.
Recovered from Oledan were 4 sachets of suspected shabu, buy bust money, Php 80 in cash, silver bracelet and a coin purse.
The suspect will face charges for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. – BiliranIsland.com
