NAVAL, Biliran – A construction worker from Los Angeles, Agusan del Sur was found after he was electrocuted in the housing site in Villacaneja, Naval on April 7, 2019 at around 4:30 pm.
The victim was identified as Rodel Quiatchon, an employer of Edmari Construction.
According to initial investigation, Rodel’s death was caused by the dropped wire threat. – BiliranIsland.com
