NAVAL, Biliran – The Naval Fiesta Execom 2016 and the Naval Tourism Council have issued restrictions for the Tsinelas Party.
Restrictions:
- No bringing of bags, umbrellas, and wearing of caps/hats inside the dancing hall.
- Firearms, knives, sticks & other deadly weapons is strictly prohibited.
- Use only plastic glasses, bottles & containers for all kinds of drinks.
- Cars/Vehicles should be parked at designated places only.
- Putting-up of tables is allowed until 6:00 pm only.
- Portable toilets are strategically located for your convenience, please use it with care.
- There are standby Medics, Police, BFP, LUBAS, Ambulance in case of Emergency.
- Please coordinate with the Naval Tourism Council Staff/s of any complaints, comments or suggestions.
- Let’s ABIDE & COOPERATE…. Thank you!
Tsinelas Party will now be 10 years old. And for the past 9 years, the party went without incident, except last year, when a reveler die of asthma attack. – BiliranIsland.com
