CAIBIRAN, Biliran – The barangay captain of Brgy. Asug, Caibiran was shot dead in Leyte-Leyte this afternoon. According to the police, he was on the watch list of illegal drug users.
He was a casualty during a the buy bust operation today at around 5 pm. The operation took place in Sitio Buntogon, Barangay Kawayan, Leyte-Leyte.
The dead official was Reynold Dadizon Quiñones. His driver was also killed.
