NAVAL, Biliran – Here is a list of areas where classes have been suspended for Thursday, September 12, due to heavy rains.

In Maripipi, there is no suspension of classess at all levels due to minimal rain and clear sky. But the ocean is not advisable for travel from Maripipi to Kawayan, as advised by the Coast Guard at the moment, according to the Maripipi MDRRMO Operation Center.
