KAWAYAN, Biliran – A certain Ferdinand Gona was arrested on September 19, 2016 in connection with robbery.
A routine body strip on the suspect revealed one (1) heat sealed plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.
He is now in the custody of the Kawayan Philippine National Police
According to Police Chief Inspector Nonito G. Suazula, Chief of Police of Kawayan, Gona is included in the watchlist of drug users in Kawayan. – Biliranisland.com
