NAVAL, Biliran, May 17- A fresh graduate of the Biliran Province State University (BiPSU) was found to have hung himself with the use of a shoe lace by police authorities inside the room he rented in a boardinghouse in Naval, Biliran.
Responding police personnel from Naval police station identified the person believed to have committed sucide as Carlito Lumapac Ramoso, Jr., of legal age, single, and a resident of San Isidro, Leyte.
According to sources Ramoso was the battalion commander of the BiPSU Army ROTC.
He just graduated in April this year with a course in BS Criminolgy.
His dead body was discovered at around 8:30 in the morning today, Friday, May 17, in the room rented by Ramoso in a boarding house owned by Eden Gerpo Franzen in Calumpang, Naval, Biliran.
Other sources said that Ramoso even texted to his friends that he will commit suicide. – BiliranIsland.com
