CAIBIRAN, Biliran – On September 22, 2019, at about 4 o’clock in the morning, Caibiran PNP personnel arrested Martin Sulla, 57 years old male, for allegedly raping a 14-year old Grade 8 student in Brgy. Palenque, Caibiran, Biliran.
Sulla, a government employee of Caibiran LGU, was brought to the Caibiran Police Station. But due to dizziness and shooting up of his blood pressure, he was then brought to Biliran Provincial Hospital. He is now under hospital arrest.
The Caibiran PNP has received reports that the suspect has molested a few other minors and they are urged to come forward too.
