NAVAL, Biliran – A 27-year old mechanic was nabbed during a joint buy-bust operation of Biliran PPO PDEU (Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit) and Naval PS DEU (Drug Enforcement Unit) yesterday, 5:30 pm, September 24, 2019 in Sitio Gubalin, Barangay Calumpang, Naval, Biliran.
Emmanuel Villacrusis was caught in the process of selling “suspected” illegal substance to the police pseudo buyer.
Recovered from his body possessions were three transparent sachets of suspected “Shabu” and money.
Villacrusis is in the custody of the Naval PNP for proper disposition. He is facing a case for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. – BiliranIsland.com
