Naval, Biliran – White Rose Pharmacy and Grocery was administratively suspended by the LGU Naval in line with Executive Order No. 016, “An order prohibiting temporarily sale of liquor and other alcoholic beverages within the Municipality of Naval,Biliran.” The said issuance was made as one of the mitigation measures for preventing the spread of Covid-19.
White Rose suspended for 7 days beginning April 19, 2020, according to Atty. Raymundo Espina, Municipal Admin of Naval.
Naval Mayor Gerard Roger Espina personally served the notice of closure to White Rose with the Police yesterday. – BiliranIsland.com
